Roaring Acres is proud to be a venue for micro weddings and smaller sized parties during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons. Pricing is based on groups of up to 50 people and include an outdoor space on our property, as is. It is the duty of the client to line up any vendors they may desire for their special day, though we would be happy to offer ideas upon request such as food trucks, bakeries, or tent companies. Packages starting at $1,000. Add-ons and larger groups may be arranged upon request.

Birthday Parties
Birthday Parties
At this time, we allow birthday parties to reserve tables in advance during our open farm hours. We have three swinging gliders and one picnic table that can be reserved for $25 per table for up to 90 minutes. The space is entirely outdoors. Guests provide their own party supplies and clean up after themselves. The farm will be open to the public during the party.

Our farm has hosted a variety of field trips, from pre-school to high school ages. Prices and experiences vary based on number and age of students, length of visit, and the type of educational experience your group desires. Waivers will need to be signed in advance by a parent/guardian for anyone under the age of 18, and must be completed by each person attending the event.

Don't be afraid to reach out to us with ideas for a group event. We love new ideas and will try our best to accommodate you within our staffing capacity. Prices vary based on group sizes and needs. Groups we've hosted before include company outings, scout troops, and homeschool groups.
Traveling with Alpacas
Traveling with Alpacas
Yes, we do travel with our alpacas as well, though events at the farm are preferred if possible. We limit our travel during certain times of year for the safety of our animals – if it is too hot or there are unsafe weather conditions, we will not schedule off-site visits. Only specific alpacas can travel for events.
